Who do I contact for a refund or to cancel a purchase?

If you bought a pass using the MINDBODY® app, and wish to cancel the transaction or request a refund, you'll need to contact the business that you purchased it from. You can find the business's contact information from the Business Details screen.

  • Note: Each MINDBODY business sets its own purchase policy. The decision to grant, or not grant, a refund is left solely to the discretion of that business and may vary by location.
