Why is the MINDBODY app widget blank?

The MINDBODY® app widget displays your upcoming services and favorite businesses at a glance, without the need to open the full MINDBODY app.

If your widget is blank, this means one of three things:

  • You're logged out of the app.
  • You haven't added any services to your schedule.
  • You haven't added any businesses to your Favorites.

In each case, you'll simply need to tap MINDBODY to launch the full app. Add a class or appointment to your schedule, or a new business to your Favorites list, then come back later to view it on the widget.

Refreshing the widget

If you've made changes to your schedule or your Favorites list, and the updates aren't showing on the widget, tap the "refresh" icon. This instantly reloads the widget with the latest information from your MINDBODY app account.
