Can't find your answer in the MINDBODY® app FAQ, or have suggestions on how we can improve? You can contact our support team directly from the app, then track the status of your submitted ticket.
If you have a question about a purchase or your schedule, then you'll need to contact that business directly. You can find the business's contact information from the Business Details screen.
- Tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.
- Select Settings from the navigation menu.
- Select MINDBODY Support.
- Tap Submit a Ticket.
- Tap the New button.
- Enter your comment, then tap the arrow to submit.
- Tap the paperclip icon if you need to attach an image.
You can also submit a ticket by tapping the bubble icon from anywhere in the MINDBODY app FAQ.
