Why do I have to call the business to sign up?

Not every business that uses the MINDBODY® app allows online signups. Business owners can choose to restrict online registration for a particular set of classes or for their entire business. As a result, you may be asked to call a business to reserve a spot; this means the class is already in progress, at capacity, or the business does not currently accept online bookings.

When signing up for a class, you'll see a banner across the top of the class screen indicating the class's current status:


Filters allow you to narrow your search results, and can be used to show only the classes that are open for registration.

  1. Find a business you'd like to visit.
  2. Tap Schedule on the Business Details screen.
  3. Tap the Filters icon at the top right.
  4. Toggle the Allows online booking setting. The filter is enabled when the switch is slid to the right and orange.
